Antimony Trioxide
Properties: Antimony trioxide is a white fine powder with the main crystal structure as cubical shape.
Application:
1. It is widely used as a fire retardant in the membranes of plastics industry and the enclosures of electric devices and household electric appliances such as PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, PU, ect.
2. Used as filling, covering agents and retardants for rubber, ceramics, enamels, fabrics, and fiber products.
3. Used as colors and retardants in oil paint and coating material industry.
4. Used as retardants in synthetic resin and papers.
5. Used as catalytic agent in organic synthesis.
Packing: Packed in 25 kilograms multiwall paper bags, 40 bags per pallet. Each pallet is stretch wrapped in polythene to prevent shifting of the bags during transit or as customer's requirement.
The above different grades antimony trioxide can all be treated into dust-free antimony. The dust-free antimony oxide is a high dispersed superfine granular material, made from antimony oxide powder whose surface is treated through chemical method, which made the powder slightly moisturizes to avoid any fine powder suspend in the air and bring about harm to human body, and meanwhile the antimony oxide can resist fire and enhance the plastic features. |
