According to their equipment features,customer can adopt granule or dust-free master batch mainly used in granule of engineering plastics and fire retardant of plastic master batch production field.
1 PE80ˇ˘90 Granuleand free-flowing master batch ,Also be considered as the universal product. Suitable for PEŁ¬PPŁ¬PSŁ¬ABSŁ¬PC/ABSŁ¬PC and other engineering plastics.
2 PA80 Used special for fire retardant plastics of nylon.
3 PS80 is a master batch of 80% antimony trioxide based on Polystyrene, and can be used mainly for injection moulding polystyrene compounds.
4 PO-408 is a halogen-free flame retardant master batch for Polyolefin applications.
Addition levels of PO-408 are relatively low, giving good economics, mechanical properties and lower specific gravity co***red to normal compounds containing halogen/antimony flame retardant systems.
Being halogen free also results in significant advantages in terms of fire safety, i.e. lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion.
Lower corrosivity offers advantages both in the processing stage and in case of a fire.
5 PP80 is a master batch of 80% antimony trioxide based on polypropylene.
6 PVC85 is a micro pellet master batch of 85% antimony trioxide based on PVC resin . It is developed especially for PVC flame retardant cable and compounds.
7 SAN80 is a master batch of 80% antimony trioxide based on SAN (Styrene- Acylonitrile copolymer),and can be used for ABS injection molding compounds.
